1. Consulting Services Scope

Because our services involve professional time allocation, custom research, and customized strategy development, refunds are evaluated based on service stage and deliverables completed.

2. Initial Consultation Cancellation

If you purchase or schedule a consulting package or session and wish to cancel before any strategy research or advisory work has commenced, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting Support@vintbiz.com.

3. Ongoing Advisory Subscriptions

For monthly consulting retainers and ongoing subscription packages:

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle date.
• Once a monthly billing period has commenced and consulting sessions or strategic deliverables have been initiated for that cycle, the subscription fee for that active month is non-refundable.
• Future recurring charges will cease immediately upon cancellation.

4. Custom Projects & Deliverables

For custom fixed-scope consulting projects (e.g., market research reports, full startup formation plans, or dedicated digital strategy overhauls):

• Work completed prior to cancellation will be billed according to the agreed project milestone schedule.
• Any unearned portion of a prepaid deposit for unstarted project phases will be refunded back to the original payment method.

To submit a refund request, please provide your purchase details, invoice number, and reason for the request to:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Clover or Razorpay) within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
